In July 2022, ASTIR Vitogiannis acquired from AB Inbev, the subsidiary of Coleus Packaging Proprietary Limited by a percentage of 74.99%.
Coleus has production facilities in the Republic of South Africa and supplies metal caps to breweries and beverage and soft drinks companies in South Africa and surrounding countries. In 2021 the Company produced more than 6.2 billion caps for its customers, including: AB InBev Group, Heineken, Distell, Diageo and Coca Cola, which make up 98% of its sales.
